About this Activity:
UNICEF is an organization that is dedicated to protecting and advocating for the rights and well-being of children. By starting a UNICEF club at MSA, we aim to support UNICEF’s mission by raising awareness and funds to help children worldwide. During the school year, we will meet the 1st and 3rd on Mondays of the month at 8:15 in room 8A to educate interested students about global children’s issues. We will make postcards and posters to spread awareness. For some volunteering opportunities, we plan to have fundraising events such as bagging events or donation drives, if possible. All funds are donated to UNICEF to support their initiative. UNICEF is open to grades 6-12.
