Personnel
Purpose: The Personnel Committee purpose will be tasked with 3 goals: 1. To identify which Executive Director Job Description should be used and provided to the Search Committee for their August meeting, 2. To help facilitate the organizational assessment, as needed by the Interim Director, and 3. to provide a mechanism for feedback for the interim director for mid-year and end of year.
Leadership: The Chair, with help from the BOD
Works with/gets information from: BOD, MSA Director, Finance Committee, teachers, students and
parents
People on the committee: This committee includes at least three members from the BOD, one of which
must be the BOD Chair, and one of which must be a teacher. Additionally, the Director and any
interested parents, teachers and students are welcome to attend
Meetings - when/how often held: Usually once a month
Chair's responsibilities: The Chair needs to plan, run and report the findings of the committee.
Members’ responsibilities: Members need to attend meetings and volunteer for specific
tasks as needed.
