About this Activity:
The mission of this club would be to spread information about the importance of mental health and help students prioritize their mental health. Another mission of this club would be to help spread positivity and awareness. This club would be a place where individuals can learn, reflect, and use different strategies to help manage their stress. This club will contribute to the well-being of the school community by creating a positive and supportive community, developing important skills, and allowing students to have a deeper understanding of their mental health journey. March 21st, April 18th, May 16th, 4-5pm 203B; Grades: 6-12
